Private is a character that acquires some action or site to not be public. What is private is not for everyone, under this precept we can take a walk through the main applications of this term, which always goes hand in hand with what is public despite being its antonym. The private sector of a society is recognized for being mostly paid, that is, in order to be part of it or have a product or service from the private sector, you must pay what it is worth in money. The private usually stands out from the public since the services will always have a better quality or more specific, since that is one of the main requirements when it comes to having something from the private sector.

Private property is that property that belongs to one or more people, unlike a street, which is public, private properties have legal specifications that indicate who is the owner and what are the privacy conditions that it has in front of the public ones, as well as the duties and rights. In the same order of ideas, the right of admission is a rule established within private sites, which means that not everyone can enter, in order to do so, they must have certain conditions or wear some type of clothing according to the occasion or the environment of the place, an example is a nightclub, in some cases, they restrict the entry of people for not carrying adequate clothing.

Economics and law have a very important application for law. The first of these, the private financial sector of companies, concentrates its forces and uses in the capitalization, investment and production of companies with their own interests, far from complying with the state as the national government does, private companies profit and they produce around a passive and active capital that belongs to them, not available for another type of activity that includes giving away production and profits. Private law, for its part, is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the economic structure of companies and exclusive sectors of society, in this way, it also faces the consequences and causes against the laws that govern the state, thus founding a state communication between the public and the private.
